Maintenance Support Agreement

When you purchase Streamwell, the software is yours *forever* and includes one year of software updates, bug fixes and support in accordance with the maintenance support agreement. Depending on whether you purchase Streamwell Studio (for freelancers and small businesses) or Streamwell for Enterprise, your main point of contact for support may differ, as well as the scope of support available.
